Mr. Moran is a combat decorated veteran who served in the Global War on Terror as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps. He medically retired as a Captain of Marines on July 30, 2009.

Dan Moran has shared his story at various events focusing on service, sacrifice, faith, inspiration and motivation. Mr. Moran focuses on speaking to groups such as churches, secondary schools, higher education, business, military groups and non-profit organizations.
